Survey reports for SSRS
Since I retired in October 2022, I have been working as a consultant for the big survey research firm SSRS. I help analyze data and write reports for various of their polls.
One of those was a serious examination of Americans’ attitudes about federal statistics:

Date: 2026-01-04 02:10 am (UTC)I find these so neat and nobody ever cold-calls me for them! I would have had so many opinions about statistics and sleep. (I don't think I would have been very useful for game shows.)
I am so glad that you continue to be able to make Not One of Us happen.

Date: 2026-01-04 03:12 pm (UTC)I wrote the sleep report as if it was a medical journal piece, with a citation of sleep recommendations from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and Sleep Research Society. It was fun to act as though I was still doing my old job.
